"Tasked by senior management with reviewing our entire maintenance strategy — aiming to optimize equipment availability and maximize the efficiency of our internal workforce — we called on the Vizory team to support us through this major undertaking. The Vizory team quickly integrated with our managers and technicians, building relationships of trust and mutual support that fostered meaningful exchanges on the subtleties of our facilities. They led reverse RCM workshops with our technicians and strongly encouraged field work alongside them, which was appreciated and allowed them to deliver strategies aligned with our plant reality. Over the course of the six-month mandate, several changes to the initial scope arose, and Vizory adapted quickly and effectively. The mandate was a success, delivered on time, and throughout, clear and detailed weekly communications kept our leadership informed of the project's progress."
